Important Drop - off and Pick - up Information

Please take a moment to review these procedures with any family members who may be responsible for pick-ups or drop-offs. (Links to specific building procedures are included below.) It's important to allow yourself extra time during drop-off and pick-up to ensure the safety of all community members. 

Hubble Drop-Off:

Use the outer drive and choose one of two drop-off lanes. Do not let students out until you reach the awning between Hubble and the ELC. Staff will help but cannot buckle/unbuckle children.
We’ll unload 4–5 cars at a time from Line B (closest to Hubble), then Line A. The cycle repeats until 7:58 a.m. Hubble students should only be dropped off at Hubble. Please follow staff directions and drive safely.

Hubble Pick-Up: 

Enter from Locust and follow the outer drive. Choose either lane. Have your KidAccount card and ID ready for scanning.
We’ll load 4–5 cars at a time, starting with Line B (next to Hubble), then Line A. Once cars are loaded and released, the next set will pull forward.
Hubble students must be picked up at Hubble only.
Please follow staff directions and drive safely in and out of the lot.

What is a Kid Account card used for?

During online registration, parents/guardians will designate individuals who are authorized to pick up their student from school.

To ensure student safety, the following will be required when picking up a child in the car line:

  • The student’s Kid Account card, and

  • A photo ID matching an approved contact listed in the student’s records

Individuals who are not listed as approved contacts will not be permitted to pick up students.
