Volunteers must complete the volunteer application EVERY SCHOOL YEAR.

Step #2 - This is a ONE TIME registration process.

DHSS Family Care Safety Registry

Click Registration, then Register Online from the menu.
Read the info, then click Is a Person Registered.
Enter your Social Security Number, click Search.
Continue with following directions.

Dear Employee or Volunteer,

Welcome to our school district. Our board policies regarding non-discrimination and freedom from sexual harassment can be found on our website at www.mjays.us, under the Board of Education tab, Board Policies and Regulations (policy C-130). We require your acknowledgement stating that you have received information concerning our policies. If you are an employee, you should do this in the teacher academy or first faculty meeting before school begins. If you are a volunteer, you must complete the following Volunteer Application.
